In this role, you'll be responsible for assisting with food and beverage service, stocking and organizing inventory, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. You'll also have the chance to learn about various aspects of restaurant operations, from front-of-house to back-of-house tasks. This internship is perfect for students or recent graduates who are eager to build a career in the hospitality industry.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist with food and beverage service, including taking orders, serving customers, and ensuring timely delivery.
• Stock and organize inventory, including food items, beverages, and supplies.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including tables, chairs, and restrooms.
• Learn and assist with various back-of-house tasks, such as food preparation, cooking, and dishwashing.
• Help with event setup and breakdown, including decorating and cleaning.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to learn about restaurant operations and industry best practices.
• Assist with cash handling and basic accounting tasks, such as reconciling daily sales.
• Learn about POS systems, such as QuickBooks or Square, and assist with data entry and reporting.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently enrolled in a hospitality, culinary, or related degree program, or have recently graduated.
• Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is a plus, but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.
• Passionate about the food and beverage industry and eager to learn and grow.
