📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Maintain and repair electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on facilities
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with utilities and equipment
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards
• Work with the engineering team to implement improvements and upgrades
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for maintenance and repair services
• Monitor and manage utility costs and usage
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of facilities

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Facilities and Utilities Technician or similar role
• Proven experience in maintaining and repairing electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
• Knowledge of building automation systems and energy management systems is a plus
• Familiarity with relevant software such as AutoCAD, SAP, or other facility management tools
• Valid certification in electrical, plumbing, or HVAC systems is a plus
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
