📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct data analysis to identify trends and patterns in marketing performance and operational efficiency.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI and Excel to support decision-making.
• Collaborate with the Head of Operations Manager and marketing team to define and implement strategic initiatives.
• Create and manage SQL queries to extract and analyze data from various sources.
• Prepare detailed business reports and presentations for stakeholders.
• Assist in the development of marketing strategies and operational improvements.
• Monitor KPIs and provide regular updates on business performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in business analysis or a related role.
• Proficient in using Power BI, Excel, and SQL for data analysis.
