📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and optimize production operations to ensure efficient and effective workflows.
• Lead a team of skilled professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve production targets.
• Monitor production metrics and implement data-driven strategies to improve productivity and quality.
• Conduct regular quality checks and inspections to ensure all products meet stringent standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices and streamline processes.
• Address operational challenges and develop solutions to enhance overall performance.
• Utilize tools like SAP and Lean Manufacturing principles to drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the manufacturing industry.
• Proven track record of leading and motivating teams to achieve operational excellence.
• Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles and experience with SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Certification in Six Sigma or Lean Six Sigma is a plus.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Ability to travel to different production sites as needed.
