In this role, you’ll manage a team of sales representatives, set and achieve sales targets, and ensure our products reach consumers in Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung. You’ll work closely with our marketing team to drive sales growth and maintain strong relationships with key clients.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage a team of 5-10 sales representatives, providing coaching, training, and performance evaluations.
• Set and track monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets, ensuring they are met or exceeded.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth in assigned regions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and distributors.
• Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities for sales growth.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely delivery of products to meet customer demands.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote products and drive sales.
• Report on sales performance and provide insights to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the FMCG industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Proficiency in using sales management software such as SAP, Salesforce, or similar tools.
• Familiarity with the FMCG industry and market trends in Bali.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for fieldwork.
