In this full-time role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the comfort and satisfaction of our residents by maintaining and repairing air conditioning systems. As part of our dedicated facilities team, you will work across multiple locations in Bali, ensuring that every unit is equipped with a properly functioning AC system.

You will use industry-standard tools like Daikin, Mitsubishi, and LG AC systems, and you'll be responsible for regular maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs to keep our residents cool and comfortable year-round.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform regular maintenance and inspections of air conditioning systems in residential units.
• Troubleshoot and repair AC issues, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum resident satisfaction.
• Install and configure new AC units as needed, following manufacturer guidelines and safety protocols.
• Keep detailed records of maintenance activities and repairs for each unit.
• Collaborate with property management to address resident concerns related to AC performance.
• Stay updated with the latest AC technologies and best practices in HVAC maintenance.
• Work efficiently across multiple locations in Bali, managing a diverse portfolio of residential units.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and local building codes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience as an AC technician or in HVAC maintenance.
• Certification in HVAC or a related field, preferably from a recognized institution.
• Thorough knowledge of Daikin, Mitsubishi, and LG AC systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Familiarity with property management software and maintenance tracking systems.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel between locations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
