📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and optimize daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient production processes
• Oversee the copper department's administrative tasks, including inventory management and procurement
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of projects and tasks
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all operations and transactions
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Provide operational support during maintenance and shutdown periods
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in operations management or a similar role in the mining or manufacturing industry
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
