You will design and conduct comprehensive OSH training sessions, utilizing tools such as Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel to create engaging and informative presentations. Additionally, you will stay updated with the latest OSH regulations and best practices to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and deliver OSH training programs to employees across various departments.
• Create engaging and informative training materials using Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
• Conduct risk assessments and safety audits to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
• Provide expert advice and guidance on OSH matters to managers and employees.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest OSH regulations and best practices.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of OSH programs and make necessary improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
• Participate in OSH committees and industry forums to share knowledge and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety and Health, Environmental Health, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in OSH training and consulting.
• Certification as an OSH Practitioner (e.g., SHEQ, IOSH, or equivalent).
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian OSH regulations and best practices.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
