📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Manage inventory levels, including stock receipts, transfers, and dispositions.,Coordinate with suppliers and customers to ensure timely delivery of products.,Implement and maintain warehouse safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.,Train and supervise warehouse staff to ensure they meet performance standards.,Monitor and control warehouse expenses to ensure cost efficiency.,Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and prevent losses.,Work closely with the procurement team to manage supplier relationships and orders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and software.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and standards for warehouse operations.,Valid driver's license and ability to drive a company vehicle.,Proven track record of improving warehouse efficiency and reducing costs.
