📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and optimize the procurement process to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of materials.,Oversee inventory management, including stock levels, reorder points, and storage optimization.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure quality products and timely deliveries.,Monitor and analyze supply chain performance, identifying areas for improvement.,Develop and implement supply chain strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Lead and mentor junior supply chain staff to foster a productive and collaborative work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supply chain or procurement role.,Strong understanding of supply chain processes, including procurement, inventory management, and logistics.,Proficient in using supply chain management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian business practices and regulations is a plus.
