📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and customer service.
• Manage and train a team of staff to ensure they meet the required standards and deliver excellent service.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and increase customer footfall.
• Monitor and control costs to ensure profitability and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food safety standards.
• Maintain a positive and engaging work environment for both staff and customers.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to staff.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant management.
• Proven track record of successfully managing a team and driving sales growth.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Familiarity with food safety and health regulations.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Knowledge of POS systems and inventory management.
• Experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
