📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Managing the cost and schedule of projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Preparing and reviewing cost estimates, bills of quantities, and schedules of rates.
• Conducting site measurements and inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Collaborating with project teams to resolve cost and schedule issues.
• Providing technical advice and guidance to junior staff.
• Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
• Preparing and presenting cost reports and forecasts.
• Attending site meetings and coordinating with contractors and subcontractors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Quantity Surveying, with a focus on MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) projects.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian construction industry practices and regulations.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Proven track record of managing projects on time and within budget.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
• Familiarity with relevant software and tools, such as Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and Primavera.
