📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and mentor a team of engineers in the design, development, and production of medical device components using plastic injection molding.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality, regulatory compliance, and cost-effectiveness.,Develop and implement process improvements to enhance production efficiency and reduce waste.,Conduct root cause analysis and troubleshoot production issues to maintain high-quality standards.,Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards, such as ISO 13485 and FDA requirements.,Participate in project planning, budgeting, and resource allocation to meet project milestones.,Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the engineering team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in plastic injection molding, with a strong background in medical device manufacturing.,Proven track record of successfully managing engineering projects and teams.,Proficiency in CAD software, such as SolidWorks or AutoCAD, and familiarity with CAM software for mold design.,Strong understanding of quality management systems and regulatory requirements for medical devices.,Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
