Hotel Intan Laundry is looking for a talented Talent Acquisition professional to join our team. As a Talent Acquisition specialist, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and recruiting top talent to support our business growth. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in Indonesia while contributing to our dynamic and innovative team.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source and screen candidates for various roles within the organization.,Conduct job interviews and assess candidate fit for the company culture and job requirements.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and match candidates accordingly.,Maintain a strong candidate pipeline to ensure a steady flow of qualified applicants.,Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.,Provide regular reports and updates on recruitment activities and progress.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.,Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring top talent.,Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and technologies such as ATS, CRM, and social media platforms.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
