📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the health center, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
  • Manage and coordinate the activities of healthcare staff, ensuring they are working effectively and efficiently.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including health and safety regulations.
  • Develop and implement operational plans and strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the health center.
  • Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Manage the health center's budget, ensuring it is used effectively and efficiently.
  • Ensure that all equipment and facilities are in good working order and are properly maintained.
  • Develop and implement training programs for healthcare staff to improve their skills and knowledge.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in the healthcare industry.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare operations and management.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
