📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the security team, ensuring all protocols and procedures are followed.,Conduct regular patrols and inspections of the premises to prevent and detect any security threats.,Investigate and respond to any security incidents or emergencies promptly and effectively.,Maintain communication with law enforcement agencies and other relevant parties as needed.,Train and develop new security guards to ensure they meet the required standards.,Monitor and control access to the premises, including visitors and employees.,Ensure compliance with all relevant security regulations and company policies.,Prepare and maintain detailed security reports and documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Security Guard or in a related field.,Proven track record of managing a team of security guards.,Strong knowledge of security protocols, emergency procedures, and risk management.,Valid security guard certification or equivalent.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and make quick decisions.,Physical fitness and the ability to perform strenuous tasks.,Knowledge of Indonesian laws and regulations related to security.
