📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise the daily operations of the reception desk, ensuring a high level of efficiency and professionalism.,Greet and assist guests upon arrival and departure, providing information and support as needed.,Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests, ensuring a positive and satisfactory experience.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of guest information and activities.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations.,Train and mentor junior receptionists to maintain high standards of service.,Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the reception area, including supplies and equipment.,Monitor and manage front desk expenses, ensuring budget adherence.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a receptionist or front desk supervisor role in the hospitality industry.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle diverse personalities and situations.,Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.,Proficiency in using office software and computer systems.,Familiarity with hotel or restaurant management systems and procedures.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Must be fluent in both English and Indonesian languages.
