📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement financial strategies and plans to support the company's growth and objectives.,Oversee the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to ensure accurate and timely financial information.,Manage and analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.,Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.,Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.,Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial performance and support business initiatives.,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in finance and accounting.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in finance management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of financial management, accounting principles, and financial reporting standards.,Proficient in financial modeling, analysis, and forecasting techniques.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong leadership and team management abilities.,Proficiency in using financial software and tools, such as Excel, QuickBooks, or SAP.,Familiarity with Indonesian financial regulations and standards is a plus.
