Resto Hendra Sate is looking for a dynamic and experienced Captain to join our team in Baturaja, Sumatera Selatan. As a Captain, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. This is a hybrid role, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work both in-office and remotely.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.,Manage and train staff to maintain high standards of service and quality.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Manage inventory and ensure adequate stock levels.,Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments to ensure seamless operations.,Monitor and report sales performance.,Ensure the restaurant meets all health and safety standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Captain or similar role in the hospitality industry.,Strong leadership and management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the food service industry.,Proficient in using Indonesian and English.,Flexibility to work hybrid schedule.
