PT Ratu Logistik is seeking a dedicated and experienced Deputy HR Officer to join our team in Balikpapan. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the HR Manager in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and administrative tasks. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal data, employment contracts, and performance evaluations.,Support the HR Manager in managing employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR programs and initiatives.,Handle administrative tasks such as payroll processing, leave management, and benefits administration.,Provide general HR support to ensure a positive and productive work environment.,Conduct regular HR audits and provide recommendations for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR administration or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Previous experience in the logistics or transportation industry is a plus.
