Assistant Field Sales

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Assisting the sales team in the field to achieve sales targets.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers.
• Providing excellent customer service and support.
• Assisting with the preparation of sales reports and presentations.
• Ensuring all sales activities are carried out in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Assisting with the organization and execution of sales events and promotions.
• Providing feedback to the sales team on customer interactions and sales performance.
• Assisting with the development and implementation of sales strategies and plans.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Familiarity with sales software and tools.
• Ability to travel and work in the field.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
• Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
