📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.,Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Manage the accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely payments and collections.,Coordinate with internal departments to ensure accurate and timely financial data.,Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts.,Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations.,Train and mentor junior accounting staff.,Conduct regular audits of financial records to ensure accuracy and compliance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or a related field, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.,Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Strong knowledge of GAAP and IFRS accounting standards.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with tax laws and regulations is a plus.
