In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the sales process, managing customer relationships, and contributing to the overall success of our business. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the sales process by providing excellent customer service and support.,Manage and maintain customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.,Assist in preparing sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.,Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities.,Support the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly targets.,Assist in the organization and planning of sales events and promotions.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records and reports.,Provide feedback and suggestions to improve sales processes and strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school education or equivalent.,Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with sales software and tools is an advantage.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
