Salon Jaya Cafe & Coffee is seeking a talented and experienced Technical Writer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining technical documentation for our products and services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical writing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for our products and services,Collaborate with product teams to gather information and clarify technical details,Write clear, concise, and accurate technical content for various audiences,Review and edit technical documents to ensure consistency and quality,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing,Assist in the development and improvement of technical writing processes and tools,Provide subject matter expertise on technical topics to support sales and marketing efforts,Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives as needed

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, Communications, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical writing,Strong understanding of technical concepts and processes,Excellent written and verbal communication skills,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and technical writing tools,Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines,Strong organizational and time management skills,Experience with remote work and collaboration tools is a plus
