📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create visually appealing designs for marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and posters.,Design social media content, including graphics, infographics, and videos, to engage and attract our target audience.,Develop website graphics, including banners, icons, and other visual elements, to enhance the user experience.,Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure designs align with the company's brand guidelines and marketing strategies.,Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and tools to continuously improve the quality of our designs.,Assist in the creation of design assets for various projects, such as presentations, reports, and other promotional materials.,Conduct design reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure the highest quality of work.,Manage and organize design files and assets to maintain a well-structured and efficient workflow.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.,Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in a marketing or advertising agency.,Proficiency in design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).,Strong understanding of color theory, typography, and layout principles.,Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.,Portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects and a strong understanding of design trends.,Familiarity with remote work tools and platforms is a plus.
