📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage the company's financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Oversee the accounts payable and receivable processes to ensure timely and accurate payments.
  • Monitor and control the company's cash flow to ensure liquidity and solvency.
  • Provide financial advice and recommendations to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable financial regulations and laws.
  • Lead and mentor the finance team, providing guidance and support.
  • Participate in strategic planning sessions to support the company's growth and development.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance management role.
  • Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with remote work and collaboration tools is a plus.
