🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Population Studies, Statistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in population data management.
• Certification in population data management or a related field.
• Proven experience with SIMDES and SIPADU.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in Indonesian and English.
