📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage all aspects of facility operations, including production, maintenance, and quality control.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.,Monitor and maintain inventory levels to optimize stock and reduce waste.,Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and meet production targets.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to staff.,Manage and maintain equipment and machinery, ensuring they are in good working condition.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.,Proficient in using operational software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of safety regulations and industry standards is a plus.
