📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage ordering.,Ensure that the restaurant is clean, well-maintained, and meets health and safety regulations.,Train and develop staff to ensure they are providing excellent service to customers.,Monitor sales and profitability, and implement strategies to improve performance.,Work closely with the kitchen staff to ensure that food is prepared and served to the highest standards.,Handle customer complaints and ensure that they are resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner.,Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the development of the restaurant's overall strategy.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and implement them in the restaurant.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

A diploma or bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a restaurant management or supervisory role.,Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and food and beverage ordering.,Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and other restaurant management software.,Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.,Must be able to pass a background check and drug test.
