📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct regular internal audits to assess compliance with SOPs, ISO standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Identify risks and vulnerabilities in our manufacturing processes and recommend corrective actions.
• Develop and implement audit plans and schedules to ensure comprehensive coverage of all key areas.
• Leverage SAP and other audit tools to analyze data and generate insightful reports.
• Collaborate with department heads to address findings and implement improvements.
• Ensure the timely and accurate reporting of audit findings to senior management.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in internal auditing.
• Train and mentor junior auditors to maintain high standards of quality and integrity.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in internal auditing, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Certification in internal auditing (e.g., CIA, CISA, or equivalent) is a plus.
• Proficient in using SAP and other audit software tools.
• Strong knowledge of ISO standards and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
