📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Captain in managing daily operations and ensuring smooth sailing.,Oversee the crew's performance and ensure compliance with safety regulations.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient operations.,Handle communication between the ship and shore-based teams.,Manage inventory and supply chain operations.,Organize and lead training sessions for the crew.,Handle emergency situations and ensure crew safety.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 5 years of experience in maritime operations.,Proficient in English and local language.,Hold a valid STCW (Standards of Training, Certification and Watchkeeping) certification.,Knowledge of maritime laws and regulations.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions.,Experience in managing a team and handling emergencies.
